TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gloopgloopinc.com (the "Site"), run by Gloop Gloop ("we", "us"). By entering or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

The Site contains mature themes and is intended only for adults. By entering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. If you are under 18, do not use the Site.

2. PHOTOSENSITIVITY AND SEIZURE WARNING

The Site contains flashing lights, strobe effects, rapid colour changes, fast motion and 3D animation, starting with the loading screen. A small number of people can have seizures from flashing lights or patterns, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or has had seizures, do not use the Site. Stop immediately and look away if you feel dizzy or disoriented, or notice blurred vision, eye or muscle twitching, or any involuntary movement, and consult a doctor.

You use the Site at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any seizure, injury or discomfort resulting from viewing it.

3. OUR ART AND CONTENT

All artwork, paintings, photographs, the Gloop Gloop character, the 3D scene, logos, text and other content on the Site belong to Gloop Gloop or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, download, reproduce, sell, modify, print or distribute any of it, create merchandise from it, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, without our written permission. Sharing a link to the Site is always welcome.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

use the Site for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
send spam, false information or malicious content through the inquiry forms;
scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.

5. COLLABS AND BOOKINGS

Submitting a COLLAB or BOOK inquiry is a request only. It does not create a contract or guarantee availability, pricing or acceptance. Any commission, booking or collaboration is agreed separately, in writing, with its own terms.

6. OTHER SITES

The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. NO WARRANTIES

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or work on every device or browser.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gloop Gloop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Gloop Gloop harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may update these Terms, or change, suspend or remove any part of the Site, at any time. The effective date at the top shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Gloop Gloop is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
